4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
We may, at our sole discretion, cancel any order before delivery (e.g., for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud). In such a case, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

Inspection: You must inspect products upon delivery. Report any visible damage or discrepancy to the delivery agent immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
7. Installation Services (Nairobi)
Scope: Installation is offered only within Nairobi and its environs, for products purchased from us.
Scheduling: Our team will contact you to schedule installation after order confirmation and payment. Installation dates are subject to technician availability.
Customer Responsibility: You must ensure:
The installation site is accessible, safe, and ready (e.g., necessary wall chases, conduits, water points are prepared).
You have obtained any necessary permits or approvals from landlords/bodies corporate.
You disclose any pre-existing electrical or plumbing issues.
Safety & Compliance: Our technicians will perform work to standard industry practices. However, final compliance with all local building codes and regulations is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if validated, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 2 days, provided the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee (e.g., 10%) may apply, and the customer bears return shipping costs.
Warranties: Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by product. We will facilitate warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene, certain items (e.g., cut cables, customized items, opened shower units) cannot be returned unless defective.
